The mantra of the Small Market Television Exchange has always been "win," and it is expressed throughout the program in its leadership and sales training strategies and money making ideas. The 2012 annual meeting introduced creative concepts and strategies focused on winning and set record attendance with 600 participants sharing their revenue ideas.

Attendees selected "Baby Faces" submitted by WLBT as the 2012 best-of-the-best winner from the 25 first place finalists. The grand prize was a four-night cruise in the Bahamas.
