NAB'S 'TV On Wall Street' to Feature Elisabeth DeMarse of TheStreet

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The National Association of Broadcasters announced that Elisabeth DeMarse, chair, president and CEO of TheStreet, will give the keynote presentation for "TV on Wall Street." The one-day forum, focusing on the financial state of the television ecosystem, will be held October 29 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York in conjunction with NewBay Media's inaugural NYC Television Week.

DeMarse's broad experience in digital information includes developing new products and brands for the financial media industry. Previously, DeMarse was CEO of Newser, CreditCards.com and Bankrate. She also spent a decade at Bloomberg as chief marketing officer. DeMarse serves on the boards of ZipRealty and All-Start Directories.

Since its inception in 1996, TheStreet has provided interactive multimedia coverage of the financial markets, economy, industry trends, investment and financial planning. Its online, social media and mobile channels provide actionable ideas from the world of investing, finance and business in order to break down information barriers and help individuals and organizations grow their wealth.

At "TV on Wall Street," chief executives, venture capitalists and leading financial analysts will discuss tactics to grow value through inventive programming, targeted investments across a myriad of media, financial forecast models, audience trend analysis and new technology. The day-long event will also deliver Wall Street's perspective on the impact of the Federal Communications Commission's spectrum incentive auction, station acquisitions and industry consolidation.
