2011, KYW celebrated 90 well-traveled years of broadcasting. Since 1965,
KYW Newsradio has become the news source for upwards of 1.5 million listeners
who tune in each week for the latest in local, national and international
news, weather, sports, and traffic. For many of its 46 years in Philadelphia,
KYW has enjoyed an unprecedented run as the market's top-rated radio station,
serving the region with "All News, All the Time." KYW
Newsradio programming includes community series like the Regional Affairs
Council, Community Affairs Reporting, Positively Philadelphia, Wednesday's

family-friendly onsite entertainment and education tool that tours the
Delaware Valley all year long. KYW's "Laptop Daily Double" program
provides listeners from the Greater Philadelphia Area with the tools of
the 21st century and culminates in the donation of a new computer lab
to a deserving school in the region. KYW Newsradio is proud to be a Philadelphia
institution that benefits the community and supports social consciousness
and education." For more information on KYW-AM's accomplishments, contact Marc Rayfield at marc.rayfield@cbsradio.com. Today's
