Ann Hailer

SVP, General Sales Manager
CoxReps

As senior vice president, Ann Pero Hailer is responsible for seven regional CoxReps offices: Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles, Minneapolis and Seattle. In addition, Ann serves as general sales manager, overseeing the Weigel Station Group and a portion of CoxReps’ Sinclair Broadcasting stations. Ann started her career with Cox as an Account Executive at TeleRep in 1997. She moved through various leadership roles, from team manager to regional sales director for Detroit. In 2012, Ann earned the title of general sales manager and was recently promoted to her senior vice president role.

During her time at CoxReps, Ann has greatly enjoyed the opportunity to work with people who display admirable tenacity and drive. She enjoys working for a company that is advancing and innovating the industry through change. Ann is also grateful to have the opportunity to be both a mentor and a pupil within the organization.

Ann serves as the co-chair for the CMG Inclusion and Diversity board’s revenue committee. She has been a member of AdCraft since 1993, and was a previous member of both the AdCradt PM board and the AdCraft 90th anniversary committee cialis. She graduated from the inaugural CMGLP program in the spring of 2012 and earned her IAB digital certification in the summer of 2015.

Ann graduated from Boston College with a degree in Political Science, spending a semester in a program at American University in Washington, D.C. During her four years at BC, Ann served as statistician manager for the nationally ranked men’s hockey team; she remains a huge college hockey fan to this day.

Ann and her husband, Mike, whom she married within weeks of starting at TeleRep, have two children. Their family is lovingly rounded out by their dog, Phil. When not at work, Ann and Mike serve as proud “soccer parents,” and eventually plan to retire to their newly renovated geodesic house in northern Michigan.
