Jeff Morgan was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1978, right out of high school, Jeff started working with family as a plumber. Putting his career first, Jeff continued to excel as a plumber, eventually joining a national plumbing franchise for 5 years as a supervisor. It was here that he realized that there had to be a better way to treat both associates and customers. Thus, Morgan Miller Plumbing was born. In 1997, Morgan Miller Plumbing was founded on four basic principles: to ensure that our plumbing services are that of the highest quality, to build a client base that is eager to call back again and again, to create a workplace that attracts and retain superstars, and to back up every word with service that our customers deserve.
In 2011, he decided to take these principles to the next level and really showcase Morgan Miller Plumbing as a leading Kansas City brand. Jeff pioneered the way through the social media revolution, and then expanded to broadcast television. In addition, Jeff has embraced networking to the point of it becoming almost a second job. Jeff continues to stay ahead of the curve in his industry providing not only top quality plumbing service, but also unmatched customer service.
