Winning Plays
Small Market Showcase Theater Starring the Station Sales Sheet
Deadline: September 13
The opening of this star studded show is Friday afternoon during the open exhibit hall schedule. Showcase Theater will feature YOU, spotlighting your most creative and favorite sales sheets – any category, any season, any topic. Submit one sheet or 50. If you participate, you will receive the Showcase Theater booklet when you return back to your station. Remember – if you don't share, you don't get.
Small Market Client Commercials and Station Branding Commercials
Deadline: September 13
It’s all about the station’s talented creative services team and the marketing direction and skills of the sales team. It is a combination that can’t be beat!
Show off your favorite client commercials and station branding spots. We will compile them and feature them during the Friday and Saturday breakfasts. For those who submit, we will send you a compilation DVD when you return home.
Admissions Tickets
After the success of last year's optional breakout session, make sure you reserve your spot. Each huddle session is limited to 50 attendees. When you download the form, you reserve your spot. But to get into the door, your ticket must be filled out with your idea. Tickets will be compiled and then sent to those who attended.

I Love Football!

Please participate in our casual survey. No one loves football more than small market broadcasters. Two lucky people will win a half-off coupon for next years small market meeting in Austin.
Tailgate Recipe Collection
Deadline: September 13
Here’s another chance to show off your talents. Send in your favorite tailgate recipe. One recipe will be selected and featured at the Thursday evening tailgating party. Recipes will be compiled into our own small market tailgate cookbook that will be available at the exhibit booths.
Money Makers Competition
If you missed the deadline to join the elite of group Toppers, you still have a chance to get the compilation Money Makers CD containing over a hundred promotional ideas. Remember – if you don’t contribute, you don’t get the CD.
Dress Code and Other Fun Things
The dress code for the Exchange is business casual, relaxed. Make sure you wear your favorite team jersey or cheerleading outfit. There will be a special award for the best cheerleading outfit. You will also be challenged to poolside minute to win games and a little dancing.
