Position Summary

Provides data and administrative support for NABPAC department. Will work with NAB staff relevant to NABPAC and interact with NAB members, PAC trustees and vendor/suppliers to ensure that NABPAC’s program is streamlined and efficient in its day-to-day operations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and track fundraising campaigns.

Organize donor thank you letter process.

Manage NABPAC Trustee donor lists both within Aristotle database and Excel spreadsheets.

Update donor contact information.

Create and assign donors to proper groups within Aristotle database.

Respond to NABPAC material requests from NAB members.

Manage Cook Political Report recipient lists and material requests.

Staff and assist with Trustee blitz.

Track donor comps for NAB events.

Assist with data entry for the disbursement process.

Attend weekly Government Relations meeting.

Streamline thank you’s and gifts.

Assist with the 2018 Prior Approval Campaign.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Requirements

Some work experience in an office environment preferred.

Previous fundraising or campaign work a plus.

Ability to work at a professional level in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience with Aristotle or other database system(s).

Outgoing and highly motivated.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)


Internship is available from June – September, some flexibility in start and end dates.

  • Part time work schedule, approximately 14-20 hours per week.
  • Must adhere to a weekly schedule
  • Hourly rate = $14.00
