The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Congressional Club are once again inviting members of Congress and their spouses or other family members to tape free, professionally produced public service announcements (PSAs) on issues of concern to communities across America. NAB will distribute the PSAs to local broadcast radio and television stations throughout participating members’ districts or states.
Where: Capitol Hill
When: May 3 to May 26, 2011
Time: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays
The entire filming process only takes a half hour of your time, from selecting the PSA scripts to choosing the best takes.
Join the hundreds of congressional members and families who have participated in this effort since 1985 to inform their communities of important social and health issues. Issues for 2011 Congressional PSAs include the following topics in the box on the right. To view a sample script, (in MS Word) click on the link for each topic.
