race. Sen. Hillary Clinton and former New York City Mayor Rudolph
Giuliani both have healthy, consistent national polling leads for their
respective Democratic and Republican presidential nominations, but they
seem to be having trouble in the nation's first traditional caucus site,
Iowa.
