PHILADELPHIA -- NAB today announced registered attendance figures for the 2009 NAB Radio Show, held this week in Philadelphia. The NAB Radio Show is the largest annual convention for radio.

2009 NAB Radio Show Registered Attendees: 2,507

2008 NAB Radio Show Registered Attendees: 2,649

"Given the challenging economic environment of the last year, we were extremely pleased to see such strong continued interest and participation in this year's NAB Radio Show," said NAB Executive Vice President Dennis Wharton. "The NAB Radio Show remains the preeminent gathering for radio professionals looking toward a successful future, and we look forward to reconvening next year in our nation's capital."
