PAYMENT
Prepayment is required on all orders. Purchase orders are not accepted as pre-payment. Customers may pay via:

CHECKS	Payable to NAB Services
CREDIT CARD	VISA, MasterCard, & American Express are accepted.
WIRE TRANSFER	Some international customers may be required to pay via wire transfer. For wire transfer information, please contact us at 202-429-5494 via email nabstoremanager@nab.org.

Pricing and availability of products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. International customers paying via credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate in your currency and include it on your monthly statement.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES/VAT TAXES
You may be subject to additional import duties and taxes (Value Added Taxes- VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for the charges by his/her local Customs office. The NAB Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The NAB Store assumes no responsibility for these charges. International customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office to determine the applicable taxes before ordering.

BULK ORDERS/ACADEMIC ORDERS
Discounts on bulk orders (10 or more units of the same title) are available on most NAB publications. To inquire regarding bulk orders, please contact the NAB Store at 202-429-7424 or email nabstoremanager@nab.org.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange an item 30 days after receipt of the item. No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days. Please note that some items are not refundable as indicated in their descriptions (these include many of the financial reports). If you have a question regarding an item, please contact the NAB Store prior to ordering. Send returns/exchanges to: NAB Services, Dept. 955, 1771 N Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036. Please enclose the original invoice and/or receipt to ensure proper credit.

SALES TAX
By law, customers are assessed a 5.75% sales tax on orders delivered to the District of Columbia.

SHIPPING
A street address is required for all shipments. If no street address is available, or if you need an estimate or shipping assistance, please contact the NAB Store at 800-368-5644 or 202-429-7424. Express orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST to qualify for overnight delivery and are subject to availability. Overnight domestic orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST will be shipped express for the following business day. International customers must provide an account number or credit card for express shipping service.
