| QUALIFICATIONS: |
To be qualified, nominees must meet the following criteria:
- professional involvement in broadcast audience research
- may be industry or academic researcher
- must have made significant lifetime contributions to the design, use
or understanding of broadcast audience research
- anyone may submit a nomination
- nominations must include documentation of nominee’s
credentials and contributions to the advancement of broadcast audience
research in the U.S

| SELECTION: |
The NAB and BEA will make their selection
from among the nominees such that the individual making the most
significant contribution to the advancement of U.S. broadcast audience
research is selected. The definition of “most significant
contribution” will draw upon the areas of contributions in all
phases of the research process, including design, execution, analysis
and reporting. The contribution might be in terms of advancing knowledge
and understanding of the broadcast audience research process. The
honoree must be exemplary in terms of upholding the highest standards in
professional audience research. |
