Everyone Leaves a Leader
The Broadcast Leadership Training program was designed by broadcasters, for broadcasters in order to support current broadcasters. For 10 months, selected applicants were given the opportunity to explore the specific skills and knowledge relevant to owning and operating radio and television stations and group management.
Program participants focused on the unique process of assessing, purchasing, owning and operating radio and television stations. Following completion of this program, every participant left ready to become a greater part of the industry and increase the diverse perspective and voices available to the public.
